The room was spacious enough and it's relatively close to the center, maybe a 15 minute walk, with shops and supermarkets on the way, so quite convenient. Just across the street there are bus stops to beaches & the airport, which was very nice. The host was very friendly indeed!
Like others mentioned, there's some random noise from a boiler and the shower water pressure fluctuates. During a single evening, on a Saturday, there was loud music outside for a couple of hours.

Die Lage war gut,alles zu Fuß erreichbar .. Klimaanlage vorhanden..
Wasserhahn im Bad verkalkt(kein Druck),kein Licht auf dem Balkon und auch nicht bei der Abzugshaube..Geschirr unvollständig.. Gastgeber nicht kennengelernt.. Viel Verkehr, nur bei geschlossene Fenster ruhiger..
