Clean, quiet, good location.

Good location. Good value for money. I appreciated that I could use the full kitchen. Jesus is a nice person.

It was cold in the room (there was an electric blow heater, but still.. not the best solution) as there is no option for heating. Room was a little noisy as it's right above the street. And it could use some more cleaning (maybe new towels). 4th floor was not a big problem for me.

Jesus is a very friendly responsive host. Nice guy the shower had hot water. nice kitchen,l. good location for price. supermarket near by. 2 miles from start and finish of marathon!

no lock on outside of room (but a little one on inside) so sharing a house with strangers. one day my room door was open. I’m sure nothing was taken, but I like privacy and had left in a hurry. if you pack a little lock for your personal items that would solve it. the bathroom light lights up the room, and you can hear the noise. not a huge deal except when other guests awake through the night. You just need to be aware you’re sharing a house with others, so if they stay up late chatting, you will hear them (rooms close together) I couldn’t find an electric kettle and the bedding seemed very old but clean. little investments in this would really improve the experience for little cost.
