Regretful

The location, literally facing the sea, cannot be closer to the beach.

The host really made me regret the stay from day 1, very stressful, we were on edge all stay absolutely afraid of not doing anything right. They ask to clean the facility, hoover and shower glass. Put everything back at the right place if you don't want a remark. We did clean as much as we could, but 2 year-old messed up a 3 inch coffee mark on a bedsheet, the landlord called me after the check out and literally shout at me on the phone calling us a disgusting family. I was driving on the car bluetooth every-one heard it, wife and daughter were shocked. I am still shocked.

Lovely location but a very unwelcoming host.

the location is excellent

The attitude of the host. We were asked for a 500 euro deposit and then we’re expected to make our beds and then remove and fold all the bedding the next day. We also had to take our small amount of rubbish with us. The host was unpleasant at best and made us feel very unwelcome. it was as though they expected us to trash the whole apartment. In fact we cleaned and swept but we’re not thanked. Very strange indeed. We made the best of our stay and the place is lovely but this did rather spoil the experience.

The living room with the sleeping couch is facing a busy road. At that particular moment there were construction works in addition. The big bed is not meant to be for two adults. Its of a 120/140cm width. Attitude of the guardian/ host was unfriendly and pedantic, making comments about our kids. we left the apartment extremely clean, although cleaning fees were included. She was looking for a reason, something to criticize treating us as school kids. We left on a friendly note, but i didn’t appreciate this experience. And it leaves an aftertaste on the stay

2 semaines sur La Baule beaucoup trop courtes , vélo , voile , plage , baignades ,promenades , restaurants etc etc

Tout était parfait , l’appartement est super confortable et sa grande terrasse donnant sur la mer est exceptionnelle . L’emplacement est parfait , tout peut être fait soit à pieds soit à vélo . Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins , tout particulièrement madame Denis qui nous a accueilli .

Logement très propre mais accueil à améliorer.

Rien à redire sur la propreté.

Nous avons été accueillis par une proche du propriétaire acariâtre et proche de la gardienne de prison. Sans exagérer, nous avons de suite sentis que notre arrivée et présence étaient une gêne. Après avoir reçu les consignes en tant que homme/femme de chambre et homme/femme de ménage, nous avons pu malgré les travaux qui gâchaient un peu la vue sur mer, profiter de l’appartement. Comme il s’agissait de ma première expérience de particulier à particulier sur booking, mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir osé rappeler que nous venions pour nous détendre et profiter. Quand on vient en bord de mer en famille en vacances, on songe au grand air et à la sérénité et on imagine pas une attitude aussi agressive sans raison. Nous étions avec nos trois enfants qui ont eux mêmes été surpris par cette attitude et ont eu la sensation de déranger. Le départ s’est également fait de manière presqu’agressive et il nous a été reproché de tout « chambouler » car une couette avait été repliée sur un des lits au lieu d’être replacée dans l’armoire.

100% Face à la mer comme son nom l'indique

La localisation face à la mer, en rez de chaussée avec une immense terrasse, au centre de la Baule, facile pour faire les courses, une belle pièce à vivre (salon salle à manger cuisine), la TV, le WIFI, 2 chambres, la salle de bains, l'accueil simple et efficace

Tout était parfait. Si vraiment l'hôte souhaite un point d'amélioration : il serait agréable d'arriver avec les lits déjà faits. C'est un détail. Nous n'avions pas de points de non satisfaction.
