The property is located in the charming tiny village of Vidulini. Very close (2 km) the tiny town of Konofan, half an hour's drive to Povinj and Porec. The facility is very well-kept, clean with comfortable beds. Clean, well kept pool. Nice and helpful owner.
Our stay was in August and the fig tree growing by the pool and next to the outdoor dining area was a serious problem. The accumulation of wasps around the fig tree made it impossible to eat outside :-( But thanks to the fact that no one was using the dining room next to our bedroom window, it was quiet in the evening :-)

The location is good for exploring Istria. The place is very quite. Television with some international channels.
Only the upper floor has heating. The ground floor has only one miniscule window and was (mid-April) much too cold to be considered habitable. The apartment has a minimum of furniture and equipment.
