Excellent location and beautiful flat. Francesco had a super welcome pack comprising a good bottle of red wine, beer, water and juice not to mention comprehensive toiletries.

Occasionally noisy from the pizza takeaway across the street and traffic.

It was our 6th accommodation in Sardinia and the best one! I am glad that we had it at the end of our trip like a desert 😀 I am in love with this apartment. So comfortable, clean, cozy and beautiful 😍 We had perfect stay here. 5 night. The only place in Sardinia where I slept well, like a baby. The bed and pillows are comfy, noise protection and total blackout windows, air conditioning just amazing. In the center of the city, just few min from historic center. Great pizza just infront of the building, Bobocono gelato nearby, Ramen place and lots of other restaurants. Supermarket is 4 min walk - Conad. I loved the kitchen, such a pleasure to cook and eat there. You will find all needed in the appartment. Washing machine/dryer is excellent. I hope one day we will come to Cagliari again and will stay in the cozy appartment. Owner Francesco and his wife Francesca are super nice and helpful. They left coffee capsules, tea, beer, wine, cola and water for us. This was so nice. Easy and pleasant communication via Whats app. We were allowed to check in earlier and check out later. I appreciate it so much. Just amazing, perfect and highly recommended.

a bit complicated to open 3 doors but we managed 😉 shower not stable sometimes, it could be too hot for few seconds and after normal again.
