La maison est très jolie et a beaucoup de charme. Elle est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est entièrement fermé, c'est idéal pour les enfants. La mer n'est pas très loin et les commerces non plus. Je ne peux que recommander cette location.

La maison est dos à une route un peu passante en journée. Il faut passer dans une chambre pour accéder à l autre. Tarif trop élevé pour taille et prestations de la maison.

Si votre souhait est d'être à proximité immédiate de la mer, comme cela était notre cas et comme les photos pouvaient le laisser penser, alors ce gîte n'est pas fait pour vous. Il faut compter 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour gagner la plage la plus proche ; n'espérez donc pas voir la mer depuis le gîte. Par ailleurs, ce gîte se situe le long d'une route passante et assez bruyante. C'est le constat un peu amer que nous avions fait cet été lors de notre arrivée. Nous en avions fait part au propriétaire qui s'était contenté de nous dire que nous étions naïfs et que, de toute façon, le prix de la location correspondait à la prestation du gîte. Ce n'est pas exactement ce que nous en avons pensé.

Das Wetter hat mitgespielt! Drei Wochen Sonne, blauer Himmel und angenehme Temperaturen. Dazu ein Haus, das exakt der Beschreibung entsprach: gemütlich, zweckmäßig, hell und sauber. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Garten ein Dorado für Hund und Herrschaft.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung. Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen und haben die Zeit genossen. In ca. fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Ebenfalls fußläufig sind Bäckerei, ein kleiner Supermarkt, zwei Restaurants, Gemüsestand und ein Verkäufer von Meeresfrüchten zu finden. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Ein kleines Manko sind evt. die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, die nur durch eine dünne Wand getrennt sind. Wer z. B. nachts das WC aufsuchen muss, muss durch das zweite Schlafzimmer hindurchgehen.

Das Häuschen ist komfortabel und hübsch eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am wunderschönen Strand. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage direkt an der Straße nach Pleubian ist nicht so ganz optimal, aber es gab im Haus dadurch keine Geräuschbelästigung und man konnte sich gut damit arrangieren.

Wir durften mit unsere drei Hunden in diesem schönen Ferienhaus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben uns in diesem schön eingerichten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten sowie der Hof laden ein die Sonne zu genießen. Bei einer kleinen Reparatur am Liegestuhl ist der Vermieter sofort vorbei gekommen und hat das Problem behoben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Wir werden nicht zum letzten Mal in der Bretagne Urlaub machen und das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison, propriétaires très disponibles et accueil chaleureux avec far breton fait maison comme cadeau de bienvenue!!! Location agréable, propre et grande terrasse avec jardin, très bien équipée. A recommander sans hésitations. Me Jourd'heu il.
