About this villa rental
Spacious 4/5 bed roomed modern villa with private garden & communal pool shared with 3 other villas. There is a large open plan sitting room with a leather sofa & a 40' TV/DVD with WiFi & dinning room with balcony & access to the swimming pool Kitchen is off the sitting room & is fully fitted with every modern convenience & access to private patio,garden with built in BBQ. Main bathroom is also off the sitting room as is the first bedroom which has access to private garden. First floor has two large bedrooms each with its own en-suite & double balconies. Table & chairs and sun beds are provided on these balconies.
A further king size bed room is located down stairs with its own en-suite. Located opposite is a large games room with very comfortable double pull out sofa bed also with its own en-suite. This room has a 50' TV, DVD & ps2 console with lots of games,jigsaws,books & board games are provided to suit all ages. A full size pool table & darts board will provide hours of enjoyment.

My unbiased opinion is the property sells itself short!
It is bigger and better in real life than the images show.
Our children x 4 live all around the world and we booked this place as a quiet time to come together and re connect as a family. The dimensions of the property allow everyone their own space so the group doesn’t get on top of each other and there is everything included that you could possibly need. The pool is un heated but refreshing to cool down in it’s a good size but I must stress we had it literally all to ourselves for the holiday, there is the potential for another 16 people to be around as the pool is in the middle of x4 villas.
The village eateries and shops are literally 3minutes away and are first class and very reasonably priced.if you are a lover of seafood then you will be in heaven here . It’s a 10 minute stroll to the massive beach and the bars and restaurants. At the time we went there was several very well organised music events on the beach all free.
One of the highlights of the trip was we booked x 3 buggies and a ATV quad bike trip at the Beaya adventure centre situated on the beachfront road you can’t miss it. It was an on and off- road trip family too see the spectacular Sunset front various headland points the crew who run this are amazing and the leader will take the group up to the level of competence so it certainly isn’t boring if that’s what you like!

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this villa for all groups large or small.
There is everything you need and it is spotless.
The owners have done an incredible job and everyone in our big family group had a great time.

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und noch etwas mehr. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt! Es ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super und auch das Teilen mit den Nachbarn war kein Problem. Wir waren 3 Familien mit 6 Kindern und alles hat gepasst.Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls super. Kleine Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der ganze Ort ist kaum Touristisch. Alle Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich und können einem in Englisch gut weiterhelfen.Bis zum Stand ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang. Aber auch hier ist es sauber und schön.Preislich waren wir sehr überrascht. Essen gehen mit 2 Erwachsen und 2 Kinder (5 und 8) für 50€ kann man im Ort sehr gut. Ein Bier für 1€ und das frisch gezapft am Strand. Da kann man nicht meckern. Foz do Arelho ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge. Mit den Auto kann man Orte wie Lissabon, Sintra, Fatima, Óbidos, Peniche und Nazaré schnell erreichen. Auch einige schöne Strände kann man finden wenn man außerhalb der Autobahn fährt und einfach mal anhält.Was soll ich noch sagen wir waren alle begeistert!!
