清潔で静かで快適に過ごせました。天然温泉も広く、露天風呂にサウナもあって大満足でした。品数の多い朝食のバイキングも含めて、あのお値段で一泊朝食付きは大変ありがたくお得感がありました。電話対応も、遅い到着についてもスタッフさんの対応は優しくてとてもありがたかったです。また利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

トイレと襖戸の引き戸の滑りが悪く重たく、音も大きかった

風呂の床が畳になっていて気持ちが良い 朝食バイキングの内容が充実している

スタッフの方々の対応は大変良かったです。
畳にマットレス1枚で、快適とは言えなかった。
布団がとても薄く、エアコンのコントロールが難しくて、なかなか寝られなかった。
トイレのタンクの水がずっと流れていて（凍結対策？）音が気になった。
朝食が温かく食べらるように工夫がされているものが少なく、冷たかったのが残念だった。
パンも温められて、種類が欲しかった。
