Laska Hotel Sukabumi

The price, the room, the staff, the breakfast, and location

So far we think compare with other hotels in sukabumi, laska hotel is best among the competitor so maybe would be nice if the lighting at the room make more bright. We're always like the brighter lighting better.

The breakfast has lots of food to choose. and some of the dish taste really good. The staffs are helpful and the room is clean.

The swimming pool is quite small and the child playground area is just an area to watch movie and some small slides and ball pits. The room is quite hot I don't why they did not open AC there.

Laska hotel has a great location. From the terrace and some of the rooms, there are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. An area around hotel is easy to walk. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

The towels and bed linens have clearly seen better days. They were no longer white, but greyish and full of stains. Even though they had been washed and were technically clean, they didn’t feel that way. Upon request, the staff kindly brought us replacements without any issue, but unfortunately, those were only slightly better than the originals. In the end, we decided to use our own towels we had packed. The cleanliness of the room was also rather superficial—there was visible dust on ledges and other surfaces. The curtains were definitely stained too. The bathroom had no ventilation, which caused a wet smell in the room every time we entered. On the bright side, breakfast offered a great variety of options. However, the coffee tasted like instant coffee—we couldn’t even finish it, which is a real upset. Indonesia is one of the world’s top coffee producers, and in Europe, Indonesian coffees are among the most expensive. It’s a bit sad how poorly it’s sometimes prepared and served in its own country.

Hem for the quality and detail i think to expensive compared to other nice hotel although probs a good choice in Sukabumi. The bathroom floor takes a long time to dry due to the sloping of the floor. And also no place to hang the towel (usually the longer one for more than one towel, such is also good to make towel dry).
