Sweet lake Vi aspetta sul lago

The apartment is amazing very spacious with breathtaking views of orta lake from the kitchen living room and bedroom. There is air condtioning in the major bedroom and in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing machine for laundry. Marco is a perfect host that gives excellent recommendations about trips and restaurants, he makes sure that the stay is perfect, he really makes you feel at home. There is private parking in front of the house. it is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very clean. highly recommended. it exceeded our expectations. we stayed for 12 nights and plan to come back the location is perfect to explore the area

Marco hat bereits im Vorfeld per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen und gefragt, wann man ankommt. So ist es auch kein Problem, auch vor der offiziell angegeben Zeit (ab 16:00 Uhr) anzutreffen. Dort Ort nur kurz geklingelt und es wurde einem direkt geöffnet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und viel geräumiger, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gehoben. Ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind klimatisiert. Marco hat bei Ankunft bereits Frühstück für den kommenden Tag bereit und eine Flasche Wasser und Milch in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Omegna wird online nicht gerade beworben, um dort einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Gefühl konnten wir gar nicht nachvollziehen. Morgens bereits frischen Espresso an der Promenade genießen, dann auf dem Balkon in der Sonne frühstücken. 10min zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum Schwimmbad. Viele Broschüren zu lokalen Angeboten sind in der Wohnung bereit gestellt, auf Nachfrage nennt einen Marco die besten Restaurants (und diese konnten sich wirklich sehen lassen). Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Einziges Manko: Im zweiten Schlafzimmer leider keine Klimaanlage, was uns bei 36°C Außentemperatur das Schlafen etwas erschwerte und die Betten in diesem Raum leider zu kurz für Menschen mit einer Körpergröße ab 180cm.

Good size, great views and location, and a fantastic host. Omegna is a nice town, with all necessary amenities if you want to stay just there, but also well connected if you are looking for day trips elsewhere.

Nothing to dislike. It was great.
