Things were as posted. Large rooms & great view. Resort has really great pools & kids friendly. We really enjoyed our stay overall

It had something for everyone it was peaceful and the hosting company was very nice and helpful ❤️❤️ it was simple and easy I was very pleased and it was affordable
No pots or pans but everything was above and beyond great

It's right on the ocean and close to Broadway and boardwalk. Had several pools and hot tubs
Beds were not very comfortable, the bathrooms door had damage at the bottom, the dressers and doorframe had paint missing and the couch had a couple holes in it. The pull down bed in the living didn't look like the mattress protector had ever been changed or washed. The hot water took 20 plus minutes for it to get somewhat hot and the hot tubs were only hot half the time.
