La déco sobre et chaleureuse, l' emplacement de parking, le "cagibi" où l'on peut entreposer beaucoup de choses, l' emplacement.
Un peu sombre et on ne peut profiter de la vue magnifique ( rez de chaussée, petites fenêtres) Salle d'eau un peu petite et rideau de douche mal taillé ( oui, je chipote !)

היתרון הגדול ביותר הוא המחיר הנמוך. מטבח נוח עם קולט אדים מאפשר לבשל אך עקב חוסר האיוורור גורם לריחות להשאר לכל היום. קרוב לבריכה האקולוגית.
חדר קטן מאוד, הצילום בעדשה רחבה מגדיל את החדר בפועל, ממוקם בקומת הקרקע כאשר ניתן להתבונן מהרחוב בעלייה ומהבית הסמוך הישר לחדר דרך שני חלונות קטנים שמהווים את כניסת האוויר היחידה לחדר. החדר מאוד לא מאוורר. כאשר רכב עובר בעלייה, כל העשן נכנס לחדר. מקרר קטן מאוד (מיני בר).
