Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Gurney Paragon Mall is just opposite the apartment, and Gurney Plaza is only about a 5-minute walk away.

There are a few minor disadvantages. The lighting in the apartment is quite poor. Indoor slippers were not provided, and there were no clear instructions for operating the TV and TV box. The gas stove was not functioning, possibly because the gas cylinder was empty. The furniture is quite old, and the bed makes noise whenever you turn or move.

Convenient and good location.

Some TV connections is on and off .. Wiring has it problem.

Strategic location near to shopping center Paragon Mall and Gurney Plaza. Walking distance to Gurney drive and very enjoyable. Walking distance to Pulau Tikus Wet Market for dinner. Amazing!!!

Building too near to main road and cause vehicle noise even in the mid night. Unable to sleep well. Late check in at 3pm and early check out at 11am not a reasonable hour. Hopefully it can be extent of staying time. Proposal check in time at 2pm and check out time at 1pm.

Staff assistance and check-in instructions were good (all done via WhatsApp). Excellent location close to Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with washing machine, lounge, TV and kitchen facilities. Cleanliness was ok, as long as you don’t look under the beds (not worth the RM100 customers get charged). Overall, the apartment was reasonable value for money, but not perfect.

Some mattresses past their used by date (unless you like coil spring acupuncture), very unpleasant to sleep on! Aircons struggled to keep the apartment cool, and could do with some maintenance. The sandpaper-like texture of the towels was excellent for exfoliating skin and generally wiping the dirt and grime off a day out in the Penang weather. There were 3 WI-FI channels but poor - or no - signals. Can accommodate 7 people, but there are only cups and plates for 4 people. Car parking is on site but difficult to turn around (only one way in & out) - best for smaller cars. Altogether, the stay was ok however, these apartments would shine a lot better if the owners invested more on their maintenance and upkeep.
