Very spacious and clean. Lots of storage space. Professionally, tastefully decorated Very quiet. Has everything you can imagine in the kitchen. Even has Kleenex and paper towels. Great bathrooms with everything you need. (including timed fan and heated floors) Maintenance guy, Alexandre, fixes everything perfectly and worked miracles fixing the window blinds and my creaking bed (that interrupted my sleep for the first nights). Because of him I am giving 8/10 rather than 6/10)

When booking the apartment, the price in big bold letters was $1947.77, but underneath, in small print had (+$900.99 in fees and taxes). When I asked the property about the extra 900, they told me that $170 goes to the cleaning lady (a lot for a 2-bedroom apt, but I am happy they pay well their cleaning staff) and for the rest the fellow became defensive and told me to ask the agency booking.com, who in turn referred me back to the property. ($730 cannot come from 5% GST 10% QST) We got to the property on Friday evening. The cable TV (advertised in description) was not working. Nobody was on site to help. After a long exchange of messages (excuses and obfuscations on their part; stubbornness on mine) they got it fixed the next day. My bed was creaking (waking me up at night) and the blind at the largest window was broken. I was told maintenance will not help me till Monday – as it is weekend! It is the first time a rental tells me I am on my own during weekends. The promised “mountain view” was an “exaggeration”. On one side it was practically a basement, on another we saw another house, on the third a cluster of trees. Cannot walk to stores or restaurants
