- The building itself is very authentic; - Everything you need for kitchenette was present; - good wifi speed, even for video calls; - common resident use terrace is good, jacuzzi was operational - barbecue place
- no heating in the house - sofa is quite uncomfortable for sleep - combined toilet and bathroom is quite small - you need to used public parking lots around the house

Gesamte Einrichtung nicht modern, Dunstabzugshaube defekt, Wohnung kühl, Lage am Berg oft nebelig, Terrasse Abends im Schatten.
