Apartament Jaskier Pardałówka

Ízlésesen berendezett lakás, a közelben minden megtalálható (étterem, bolt, koripálya). Nagyszerű a mélygarázs, főleg esős időben. Könnyű a bejutás, a kódos megoldásnak köszönhetően.

Az apartman felszereltsége azért nem teljesen hibátlan. Jó lenne egy szárító a vizes törölközőknek, fogas a kabátoknak, esetleg cipőtartó a havas-saras bakancsoknak.

Nádherné ubytování za skvělou cenu. Krásně zařízený apartmán, dobrá lokalita. Vše odpovídalo popisu i fotkám. Můžu maximálně doporučit.

Trochu nám vadila nemožnost regulace vody ve sprše, která byla nastavena na jednu teplotu.

Super accommodation, very good location. Easy reach to the city centre.Nice, clean, good equipped apartment.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped (instead of any soap, hang dryer for the towels). The beds are comfy, overall the flat is in a calm area, fully renovated, quite big and stylish. The location is far from the city center, but if you come with a car its not a problem.

It was a very weird situation about the keys, check in and the host. After we booked the apartment (aprox a month ago) we didn’t get any information with a confirmation from the host that everything is ok or any further info about how to get in to the apartment, the exact address, which is different then one in the Booking, only the automatic reply from the app that the booking is confirmed). So when i didnt receive any of that a day before leaving, I’ve contacted the host myself and asked to send me the info. I’ve received an sms on my phone that i will have this the next morning. It didint happened. I called him and asked again. The person who answered the phone didnt speak english and give a phone to another person who did. He assured that will send this immediately. That didint happen also. I called again after 1,5 hours. They didnt pick up and send another number to call. I called there, a man pick up and told me that he sent the message already (which wasnt the case). After the call i’ve got to different messages with two different codes and no address where i need to go. At about 16.30 (when check in supposed to be at 15.00 o clock) i received a message that i need to go to a different building and there will be a woman who will wait for us. She gave us the keys, didnt speak any english and left. It took us almost a day to get the info and to get the keys. And i think its very unprofessional, a bit scary to be honest (you start to think that you been scammed). So just in case make sure if they can give you the right address, codes for the door and will wait for you the time you arrive. We also didnt get the info where we need to leave the keys, whats the WIFI code or any od that. Its really weird to find out the needed info from three different persons. You need to work on your communication skills.
