Stylish Studio Apartment, Holiday Resort, With View, Pool, Spa , Sauna

This was the PERFECT first encounter with the Gold Coast. I loved that whoever put together this apartment was very intentional, made it very homey and welcomey for travelers. Warm and soft blankets were a super plus and extending stay was easy to book directly with them. This studio has everything you need, comfort, your cooking needs met and laundry and is in a great location. We would stayed longer if it weren't because they were already super booked. I highly recommend them!

Небольшая уютная квартира, но минусов больше чем плюсов. Кухня полностью оборудована, было даже кофе, масло и сливки в холодильнике. До пляжа минут 7, до магазина далековато но все еще легко дойти пешком, остановки транспорта тоже рядом.

Если начать присматриваться то очень грязно, босиком лучше не ходить, подушки и пледы тоже очень поюзанные, под кроватью вековой слой мусора и пыли. Стиральная машинка очень грязная, ее нельзя использовать. И основной минус это замок, который закрывается самостоятельно, ключей предоставляют одну пару, и мы так один раз оказались в коридоре без телефонов и ключей, на рецепшене никого не было, пришлось просить прохожих позвонить, проблему решили, но ее в принципе могло не быть вообще.

Felt like home, beautiful lay out and everything you could need inside the apartment.

The lobby (which isn’t the owners fault) but it has a weird wet smell and it was extremely hot.

I very much thought the facilities were good and it was a great location. It was quite nice of the host to provide a dock with two power points and two USB A ports, sadly my phone charging cable is USB C. The availability of a washing machine was a surprise and very much appreciated.

When i first arrived, I had submitted the early check in request but got no response. When messaging the host I don't think they understood due to broken English. There was no toilet paper when I arrived but that was quickly rectified. The smell of cleaning agents was over powering, especially in the bathroom to the point both my room mate and I ended up with irritated throats and sinuses. The bathroom has no extraction fan so if you have a hot shower the whole room fogs up. The bathtub is incredibly difficult to use for those with mobility issues as there is no handrail to grab onto and the lip of the bathtub is quite wide, had to do a weird frog crouch to get out of it, plus there's only room for one towel on the towel rack. The toilet flush is very weak and fills very slowly making a second flush difficult. The ceiling fan didn't work without giving it a wind up with my hand and the lack of powerpoints made it hard to charge phones and use a CPAP machine at the same time difficult.
