The location was good
The air con control panel was faulty and slow it took a full day for the temperature in the flat to get to a comfortable level. The television remote was faulty could not watch or connect anything as the ok button just would not respond to us pressing it. The bathroom had a mouldy foul smell had to purchase air freshener scent box. Raised these issues with management but nothing got done. Microwave was also inaccessible to use the wall socket panel was loose and hanging off the wall couldn’t take the plug out to try to use it on another socket as it was firmly jammed into the loose wall socket.
