    Ubytovanie super, rekonštrukčné práce v rámci normy. Vykompenzovali to skvelé raňajky a úžasná lokalita vo veľmi príjemnom prostredí.

    The hotel is a bit away from the train station nationaltheatre which is the direct line from airport. One can walk but it is a bit far if you have heavy lugguage. The room given is small but after settling in, it feels ok. There was no mention in the marketing that the lobby is being renovated and we woke up to the sound of renovation after our first night. After the first morning. Renovation sound was hardly audible. We stayed in the second floor, very close to the lobby renovation. Staff were friendly and it is very easy to go to the seaside from the hotel where all the toruist activities and restaurants are. So location wise, worth the walk from train station. Breakfast was decent for the price we paid. The coffee was good! The food items did not change for the 3 nights we were there so after 3 breakfasts of the same food, we were ready to leave. All in all, reasonable price for what it offered. May be there was a discount there due to the renovation.

    Very disappointing stay. Although the hotel is still undergoing renovation, it continues to accept bookings. We informed the front desk during check-in that we would be staying for two nights. The following day, after returning from an outing, we found that our key card no longer worked. When we reported the issue to the front desk, the staff member casually stated that this sometimes happens and assured us that everything was fine. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, we discovered that it had not been serviced or cleaned at all. We requested for a clean room, but the front desk staff simply refused. Instead, he handed us a plastic bag containing one large towel and one small towel. Considering that we had booked a twin room for two guests, this was clearly inadequate. The lack of housekeeping, poor communication, and unhelpful attitude of the staff made our stay extremely disappointing. While renovations may cause some inconvenience, they should not be used as an excuse for failing to provide basic hotel services and acceptable customer care. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
