Erreur de gestion

Mauvaise expérience. L'hôte avait oublié de m'envoyer les codes en début d'après-midi, j'ai donc dû les demander quelques heures plus tard. Tout cela pour me rendre compte en arrivant qu'il y avait déjà des gens dans l'appartement que j'avais loué. L'hôte (que je n'ai pas réussi à joindre directement au téléphone mais uniquement par SMS) s'est excusé pour l'erreur de gestion (surréservation) et m'a indiqué d'autres logments libres sur booking. Mais bon, ce n'est pas le genre de choses qu'on a envie d'entendre après 21h quand on souhaite juste se poser (et manger la pizza offerte) après une longue journée.

Sympa ! Bonne pizza et lit confortable

Super situation géographique ! Nous sommes allé chercher une pizza qui nous a donc coûte moins cher que son prix initial, c'était plaisant ! Le soir nous avons pu regarder un film à la télé ! Le lit était très confortable !

L'appartement est cool mais certaines installations sont vetustes comme la douche avec son tapis en bois dedans. Le seul véritable point négatif était que nous entendions les voisins discuter jusqu'à pas d'heure...

Très bien le petit geste de la pizza offerte aussi à part le personnel froid!! Un peu déçu à ce niveau là ! Si on a le malheur de le joindre il parle mal ! Une meilleure accueil serait pas de refus !!!!!

De passage pour une nuit c’était parfait!

Bonne communication avec le loueur (consignes claires pour récupérer la clef). Appréciable : l’autonomie check in / out. Sympa le café. Appartement bien situé, parking à proximité.

situation géographique Eric est sympathique et réactif

- le nom "appart'hotel" prête à confusion : il s'agit d'un hébergement d'un particulier - connexion wifi extrêmement faible (la box n'est pas dans le logement), pas de réception téléphonique ni données mobiles : impossible de travailler dans le logement - pas de pizza offerte : bon de réduction de 8 euros pour une pizza dans un magasin - bruits de chaudière inquiétants

Une catastrophe!

Le logement était sale ! Nous avons retrouvé une chaussette sale sous le lit sans compter la poussière ! Les serviettes étaient tachées et la couette également. Tout était très approximatif au niveau nettoyage. L’odeur de tabac intenable dans le logement. Les fenêtres donnent toutes les 2 sur un mur. Aucune lumière naturelle et il faisait très froid dans le logement. Un chauffage d’appoint dans la pièce principale toutefois.

⭐⭐⭐⭐💫 Hôtel propre et calme. Je n'ai jamais vu le propriétaire, mais le service fut d'une grande simplicité. Très agréable séjour. C'est ici que je reviendrais avec ma fiancée. Merci Mr Éric

Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.
