Fantastic location, great views from the top bedroom. Nice touches including binoculars and a bird guide. Very clean, quality everything.
Some little things, outside space could do with a little TLC - any need for bins when there were big ones outside the back gate? Only a very large roasting tin, nothing smaller, no soap (only by dispenser, which was only realised when I was in the bath!), dispensers a little rusty and hardly any hand cream. We could have done with more toilet paper!

Excellent location, very comfortable
Think it could be stated stairs quite narrow and steep, my friend fell down them and badly bruised herself

Great location for walking the dog and good facilities in the property.
Comfy beds, good shower and gas hob so all good.
Highly recommended
Living room area and dining table would be a bit of a squeeze for four adults
