The apartment is very modern, clean, and a good size for two people to stay in comfortably for an extended period. The bathroom is spacious. The air conditioner in the apartment functioned flawlessly during the 35+ degree celsius days that we experienced in Vienna. The apartment has easy access to the Althanstraße tram stop, which provides tram connections to most parts of the city. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for a short stay and to prepare basic meals. There is a supermarket within walking distance at the Franz-Josefs train station and is open 7 days per week.

As mentioned in another review, the building/apartment does experience noise and vibrations when trams pass by outside, however, the disturbances are minimal and it did not effect our sleep or day-to-day life in any way.

The bathroom was stunning even if without window, kitchen with everything needed. A very cozy apartment

Cleanliness, it wasn’t very dirty but it could have been more clean, for example we found some hair in our bed

It was clean and the location was good. It was nice to have access to a washing machine.

The kitchen had barely any dishes. The bed and especially the pillows were really uncomfortable. Not really any natural light unless you want others to look into your bedroom through the door in the all-cement courtyard. WiFi was not that great, but worked OK. I probably would not stay here again.
