Location is very good, super market 5min walk, safety secured with 3 doors, air is always refreshing and plenty of towels. Very kind onsite manager you can rely on.

The floor lump was broken and let it just sit there. I think it’s dangerous for the family especially with young children. The instructions about how to use home appliances could be left as a leeflet otherwise you have to ask the manager every time you use a new appliances.

The apartment’s location is fantastic - is walking distance to practically everything we wanted to visit: Champs Elysees shopping; highly recommended restaurants like Bambini, Mun, Monsiuer Bleu; hop-on, hop-off station, a Catholic Church, a grocery store, etc. We were a family of 3, and enjoyed the ample space of the property. The living room was so spacious and had a sofa bed to fit all of us comfortably. We were also pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with toiletries; they also offered a good number of clean towels that allowed us to use fresh ones every so often for the duration of our 6-day stay. Upon arrival we discovered that the aircon was not working, so we contacted Valentin, the property coordinator. He immediately took action, and offered us solutions e.g. transfer to another hotel, or for him to buy electric fans or air coolers. We opted for the latter, and not long after Valentin delivered 2 air coolers! We were impressed by his responsive and quick action to resolve this. Valentin’s concern and care was very evident even before this - we appreciated that he started coordinating with us a few days before our scheduled arrival, to align on our time of arrival, and to provide check-in details and instructions. He even allowed us to leave our luggages in the apartment hours before the official check-in time of 3pm. Kudos to his hospitality, thereby making our entire stay pleasant.
