You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The backyard is private and has an entrance from the driveway. There is parking out front and in the back on the driveway.
We have security cameras outside the home for your safety and ours. Parties are not permitted at this property. Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. We do allow special requests with prior approval.
The hot tub allows 4 adults at one time. Exceeding this may cause damage to the hot tub. Any damage to the hot tub will result in a replacement fee.
Pets are allowed. 1 animal is allowed with a $50 pet fee. We have provided pet amenities along with pet waste items. Please be mindful and clean up after your fur baby. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family of four. My husband and I, and our two teenagers had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Rose Retreat. Minutes from the mall and water park, the location of this home makes it easy to get to anywhere with quick access to the highway. The property manager was quick to respond to messages sent. We loved our stay, and will recommend this property to family and friends.
