There is a separate lounge for you to enjoy some quiet time reading or watching TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay. There is a formal dining area just off the kitchen in addition to the breakfast bar which is ideal for informal eating and snacking.
There is also a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1 is a master with King sized bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub.

The Internet access and the telephone service allow for free dialing to landlines throughout the USA, The fully screened pool deck with covered lanai has a pool with integrated spa and faces south - a bonus for those guests who like to swim, lounge, picnic and dine outdoors without being in direct sun all day, the boundary fence also gives great privacy to the pool area.
After a hard day at the attractions, shopping or golfing, stepping into the cool and airy interior of your vacation home will refresh your senses.

The house was as advertised but starting to show a little wear. Phil was great and responded when the refrigerator and garbage disposal wasn't working properly. The pool was great for the kids. If they got too cold in the pool they would warm up in the spa. This is the first B&B I've stayed in that didn't have basics such as salt, a dishrag/sponge, etc. We did quite a bit of cooking and found adequate pans for our needs. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided but for a week's stay I feel that more would have been nice especially since there were no tissues for those with allergies. We would stay here again because of the convenient location for our family.

Great place to stay, well equipped, great neighborhood. Phil & Linda were really great hosts: very responsive, positive, helpful and friendly. Would stay again for sure.

The house was nice and it is kid friendly. We enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The host was very nice and answered all messages in a timely manner.
