Remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood right by the Freeway, 10 minutes away from the Strip, with Shopping Mall near by, grocery stores and fast food within walking distance including Starburst. Power Boat Also for rent for up to 10 people Max for tubing and Wakeboard, also Two other cars for rental via Turo. Making it easy getting home and picking up the car of you’re choice and just go about your Vegas trip. We had such a good weekend out in vegas for edc, the place was up to par with what we needed for the weekend. Great place, and property manager has an open line for communication, and responds fast! :D

At this price point was expecting a home in good to average shape. This home was in rough shape. Trim missing, kitchen drop ceiling looks like it could fall at any point, piles of trash in back yard/storage area, no chairs for poker table, poor lighting, just a lot of TLC needed. Describing this as a remolded home is a bit off..home was clean and heat worked, so it worked for what we needed.
