About this house rental
Exquisite 4,100 sf Luxury home in North County San Diego with new chef’s dream kitchen with all Viking appliances. Modern backyard resort with incredible solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, covered lounge areas, and massive fireplace. 4 bed/4 bath, and 2 separate living rooms offer comfort and convenience. Pool table room for your entertainment. 4 fireplaces and 5 large flat-screen TV’s. Dedicated office/work space. Workout area with free weights, bench, and equipment.
The space
Backyard offers an incredible resort experience. Large modern fireplace with an outdoor seating area covered with fine Ipe hardwood. The large modern pool is perfect for swimming laps or just cooling off. The pool is solar heated, and includes 3 waterfalls. The jacuzzi can be heated quickly with the push of a button. The outdoor kitchen includes a Delta Heat gas grill, 2 burners, sink, refrigerator, and a Big Green Egg for your grilling enthusiasts.
Large dining room, pool table, and ping pong room. The master bath is a perfect place to relax. Draw a bath in the claw-foot tub, or take a long hot shower. Huge walk-in closets. There are 5 work stations/desks if you need to get some work done. Brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and entertaining needs.
