As you pull up to your rental home, you’ll notice the charming brick exterior and sprawling front lawn. Feel free to park up in the 2-car garage. Perfect for families and groups, you’ll be able to fit everyone comfortably inside. No need to fight over the bedrooms — we have 5 spacious rooms (the fifth one will be open for groups of 12+) all containing lavish furniture and bedding.



The home is open and airy, with an easy flow from room to room. You’ll delight in the modern finishes and the brand new top of the line furniture will afford you the utmost comfort and luxury. The front of the home features a lovely sitting room and formal dining area. However, the heart of the home is towards the very back where a spacious living room opens on to the kitchen with a view of the sparkling pool outback. You’ll likely be spending most of your time here.



The living room is equipped with one of the 2 large TVs in the house. It’s perfect for gathering and entertaining. Settle into one of the comfy couches to reminisce about your day in Texas or plan your activities for the next day. You’ll also have access to cable TV and high-speed WiFi. From here, you can head-on to the bright, fully loaded kitchen where you’ll find you have everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. Bask in all the natural light coming in through the large windows and dazzling skylight. You’ll be able to keep an eye on the rest of the family through the clear glass doors as they enjoy the stunning backyard. It contains a large pool perfect for cooling off during a hot summer day, with a fenced-in yard, you’ll have complete privacy.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the Creek Crossing neighborhood of Mesquite, our home is not too far from DFW Airport and is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.



But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. If you’re visiting with kids, be sure to check out Celebration Station featuring batting cages, go-karts, an arcade, laser tag, paintball, and mini-golf. If you prefer golf of the non-mini variety, Mesquite Golf Club is less than 20 minutes away.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -



Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.



- CLOSED BEDROOM -



The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.



- FIREPLACE NOTE -



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



- TOWELS NOTE -



Please note, that we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your pool towels if you'd like.



- POOL -

Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- The lands keeper will go once a week -



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.



- NOISE LEVEL MONITORING -



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -



The garage is remodeled as a game room.



Please be careful with the patches of grass & dirt from the neighboor´s property when parking in the driveway. Thanks.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
