Perfect location for ALL Ole Miss sports, graduations, and fun get-aways to Oxford. Able to sleep 8 people but ideal for 6 people or less. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room. 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and pull- out Queen sofa bed. Large private screened porch is perfect for all-weather morning coffee or afternoon drinks, complete with smart TV! Fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ. Living room has great natural light and 65" smart TV. Kitchen has quartz counters and is stocked for all of your cooking needs. Washer and dryer in the house with detergent provided. Friends trip over the weekend Ole Miss hosted A&M. None of us had been to Oxford before.
Prior to our arrival, Tiffany couldn’t have been any more responsive or helpful! She gave us great advice about where to eat and helped coordinate our tailgate, putting us in touch with someone who rents tents in The Grove and offering several great suggestions about game day catering.
The house itself is a short distance from campus, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Exactly as advertised. Cute place, nicely decorated. Very clean. The back patio area is great, especially for early November weather in Oxford.
Would be very happy to stay here again!

Everything was perfect for our first family Thanksgiving with my girlfriend, her son and his roommate. Everything we needed was there, plus things we never thought of. Tiffany was a great host and was easy to communicate with. Absolutely wonderful experience.
