Villa Medina Canggu

I stayed in Villa Medina with my girlfriend and a couple of friends and we all really enjoyed it. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Location is as central as it can be really walking distance to some of the best restaurants cafes in Canggu also just a 15+min walk to the beach Villa have a great rooftop with an amazing sunset aswell

There was not much to not love

Location is great within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff (Augung - the manager) and the cleaners was excellent and very helpful. Had all the amenities and the beds were comfortable.

The taps in the bathroom and showers were not upto a good standard so the water flow wasn’t good.

Great communication and very responsive. we organised. cot and high chair with no issues. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and large and the kitchen was well equipped. Pool was lovely and wifi was great.

The property looks much nicer in the photos. It is a little rundown in places and is in much need of some maintenance. The air conditioners weren’t overly effective, they needed to be turned right down and left on all the time. The villa on Google Maps doesn’t show up in the correct location and it can’t be accessed by cars, so to order taxis and food delivery, we needed to set a location down the road and meet there.

Beautiful interior and pool. Great place to hang out with lots of natural light. Really high quality aesthetic finish and nice and clean. Pool was fun and the layout of the property was great.

I think this will improve, but it was expensive, considering it was right next to a very rough construction site.
