gostei da localizacao e do condominio. de uma maneira geral ele atendeu minhas necessidades
a casa tinha baratas, aranha e uma rã. faltava alguns utensilios basicos e o fato de ser 3º andar (COBERTURA) dificultou um pouco pela necessidade de subir escadas com as malas

Localização sensacional apesar de os acessos ao redor estarem em obras. Condomínio bem legal, tranquilo.
Chegamos e a cozinha estava sem luz. Não consertaram até o final da nossa estadia. Além disse 1 dos 3 quartos anunciados estava sem condições de uso: cama barulhenta, parecia quebrada, sem lençol, com cheiro forte, não pudemos usar.
