Excellent location with a car park. No stairs to enter and only a couple internal, which is great for families with young children. Close to a great playground, the train station and the high street. A few shops including co-op just a block away.
Car park a bit difficult for a large car at times.

Perfect location for a family wedding at the nearby Vines.
No bedside cabinet at side of bed in double room. Bed also very close to wall and had to be careful not to smack head on the shelves!

The property was located near the town centre and on the same side of town as my relative's care home (visiting her was the reason for our stay in Rochester).. The parking space at the back of the property was essential as kerbside space was well used by residents. The two bathrooms were very useful and, as the weather was good, we enjoyed sitting on the terrace early mornings and evenings.
There we a couple of little problems of which I have notified the owner.
