Plenty of space
the pool was not clean

Having a pool was the highlight of our visit. The location was central to many options for activities. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group to spread out without feeling crowded.
The room next to the pool (not the game room) needs a ceiling fan and/or central air conditioning. it would have been nice to have a heated pool.

The code for the door never worked
Ice maker was broken, door lock didn’t work and didn’t shut completely, lizard defecated around the pool each day (nest under pool deck)
Owner should have been more forthcoming about the plumbing issues.
