Bring the whole family to this newly renovated private beach house on Ocean Blvd in the heart of Myrtle Beach! With views of the ocean and the 2nd Ave Pier, this one-of-a-kind beach retreat features 3 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms with enough room for 8 people. The private master bedroom has its own kitchenette and porch facing the ocean. Just a few short blocks away, experience many of Myrtle Beach's famous attractions including the Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Ripley's Believe it or Not and much more! We also are happy to host your dog as well!! There is a pet deposit of $100.00 for dogs up to 30 lbs., for dogs 31 lbs. and up the deposit is $150.00. This is a (non-refundable) fee, and it is a per dog fee, if you decide to bring your dog along on vacation with you.

With 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there are plenty of sleeping options with enough space for 10 people. The bathrooms feature beautiful tile showers. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances with an adjacent dining area. Relax on the screened in front porch while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire private beach cottage.
Free parking in driveway and carport with enough space for 4 cars
Parking is not allowed on the street.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.
Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

We had a great experience! The host was wonderful and addressed any problems we had promptly! It’s a beautiful and spacious beach house in a great location. My only problem was that the grass is full of burs that I had to dig out of my dogs paws so we had to go across the street for her to use the bathroom and the burs got everywhere!

Clean. You can tell things are kind of a work in progress, but nice spot close to the ocean. The homeless presence was a little more than I expected. For future vacationers, be aware that if you have low car, do not enter the residence drive from ocean blvd, use the other end. You will definitely scrape up your vehicle.

The house was the perfect layout for us and beach is close. The down side the area is very loud and a lot of vagrants. The house needs work. Example: Fan is bedroom can only be on when lights are on. It was 96 a couple of days. The shower curtains in the bathrooms are too short and water goes all over the floor. Porch is nice but the cushions are dirty and mold covered. The internet only works in part of the house so no tv in two of the bedrooms.
