This house has been fully renovated and redesigned. It is spacious with a modern open-concept design. Open kitchen with quartz island, all new stainless steel appliances. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. This house is centrally-located, just 15 min from downtown, the medical center, U of H, Rice and all of the sports stadiums. Amenities include a full sized washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, cozy bedding, pillows and throws, phone chargers on every nightstand, blue tooth wireless speaker and more!

Everything was excellent with this stay! The house was modern yet homey, very well-stocked and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood. The fact that each bedroom came with individual bathrooms was a major plus. Heather the host was communicative and accommodating. Check-in/out was extremely easy.Would highly recommend to other travleres!

The home was well stocked and clean, tidy as a pin. Would definitely go back for another 10 day stay no question. Heather was very timely with any questions. We had responsive to every need. A quality host and a credit to Vrbo.

I would highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Houston. Heather was a great host who responded fast and was flexible with our check in time. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could want in a house.
