Bed bug débâcle!

I am almost certain the double bed I slept in had bed bugs. I woke up itching my wrist during the night to discover lots of bites in the morning. The bed bugs have infested my clothes and now my back and nether regions are covered in red bites. Stay here at your peril.

Nice host but terrible apartment. No sheets in bed. Awful smell.

The building is highly degraded. The apartment had some renovations, but to be honest it already feels very old and wear out, despite the attempts to paint a few things or put a new kitchen furniture. There was a permanent horrible smell that leaves you highly uncomfortable. Even worse, there were no sheets on the bed - we were asked to pay extra 15 euros if we wanted sheets. We ended up with our sleeping bags on the top of the covers of the beds, that seem to not have been cleaned for years. No towels also. All the info we got after the reservation - including the “no sheet policy” and an absurd caution of 300 euro (that we were not asked for, thankfully), was in French, so I only discovered these details after I arrived and spoke with the host (very nice woman but doesn’t speak English, so the conversation was always a bit surrealistic with my attempts to understand and speak French). In my opinion, this apartment does not have the minimum conditions to be rented. The price, which was lower than other places in briançon, is extremely high for the overall conditions. And once again, the smell was awful. The Pictures are much nicer than reality.

The design of the toilet is weird with the raised toilet bowl, so it's not the most comfortable. The bathroom is on the other hand just fine.

Appartamento con tutto il necessario

L' appartamento ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno anche più lungo del nostro ed è in una posizione ottima, si arriva a piedi al centro città con tutto quello che può servire, oppure a parchi o alla città vecchia. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile, se mi capitasse di tornare starei lì volentieri!

Hébergement agréable et très pratique au coeur de la ville.

Appartement très bien placé dans la ville (commerces à côté, dont un merveilleux glacier...) et calme (cour intérieure permettant de garer la voiture gratuitement). Equipement complet et récent (électroménager avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle), produits de toilette et d'entretien à disposition. L'hôtesse était très sympathique.

Le bâtiment vieux, pas encore rénové en façade, ne rassure pas au premier coup d'oeil . Mais il ne faut pas se laisser impressionner par l'apparence extérieure! Quelques problèmes de box pour deux chaînes de télévision (2 et 3).

Le séjour reste globalement agréable.

La personne nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de disponibilité, ce qui a été très appréciable. Logement bien situé, et stationnement numéroté pour la voiture.

En revanche, le logement manquait un peu de soin côté propreté, et nous avons eu froid malgré le chauffage en marche.

L’appartamento non lo abbiamo neanche visto per il proprietario ci ha aspettato ( dice fino alle 20:30 ) noi causa imprevisti e impossibilitati a comunicare con lui per ha una segretaria e non risponde siamo arrivati alle 21:30 e quindi non ci ha dato la stanza abbiamo dormito su di una panchina ai giardini di Briancon

A côté d'un parc et proche de la vieille ville.

Appartement situé sur le GR5 donc très agréable pour les randonneurs. Hôtesse extrêmement prévenante. Immeuble très calme.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé dans son ensemble, l'appartement est correct pour le prix.

nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et les équipements.

Il existe une boite à clés. Mais il faut demander à une personne âgée de se déplacer en voiture pour nous donner les clés, donc je ne comprends pas cette organisation. Ou meme mettre les clés sous le paillasson au lieu de la boite à clés? la télévision est mal orientée versus le canapé, ce n'est pas du tout agréable.

Briançon est une très belle ville, atypique avec des habitants forts sympatiques.

Appartement plutôt bien équipé. Place de parking attitrée. Une personne facilement joignable et très agréable nous a remis les clés et nous a montré l'appartement et expliqué ce qu'il y avait à savoir. C'est également elle qui est venue récupérer les clés à notre départ à l'heure convenue ensemble. Merci Claire.

L'immeuble fait un peu délabré et l'appartement est au 2ème sans ascenseur. Ce serait à préciser dans l'annonce car quand on a des bagages, il faut les monter!

Logement à l’étage d’un ancien immeuble super bien situé et bien équipé avec place de parking. Non loin d’un centre commercial ! Bon séjour.

Appartement petit mais avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour au ski !

La situation géographique au top, à 20min de la station de ski, et 2min d'un magasin Leclerc, le prix au top, la cuisine très bien équipée, la literie confortable, la propreté super ! Accueil de la dame sympathique.

Petit bémol sur le chauffage, allumé 3h avant notre arrivée, il faisait moins de 14 degrés dans l'appart pour la soirée, nous sommes vite allé nous coucher, au réveil c'était mieux. Il aurait fallu sans doute l'allumer fin de matinée au moins. Tout le reste était parfait !

Merci à la dame qui s’est occupé de notre arrivée. Elle a été agréable et vraiment arrangeante, nous la remercions chaleureusement. C’est un des points majeurs qui nous a fait apprécier notre court séjour.

Le fait de devoir payer un supplément pour des draps et des serviettes. Je tiens à préciser que l’information était bien dans l’annonce, ce n’était pas une surprise, et nous avions réservé en connaissance de cause.
