Muy cómodo y bien equipado, con un patiecito piola con parrilla y tender. Tiene calefón. Está en un barrio muy lindo, cerca de la playa, pero lejos del centro. Más allá de eso, hay supermercado, panadería y varios locales gastronómicos cerca. Se puede dejar el vehículo sobre la vereda.

No hubo nada que no me haya gustado. Estaba todo impecable tal como esperábamos.

El Depto realmente es muy cómodo, muy funcional. Tiene todo para que uno lo pase de 10. A dos cuadras de la Av. Roca donde hay panadería, carnicería, farmacia, heladería, etc
