Come and experience our 2,947 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third and fourth bedrooms have Queen beds. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, covered back patio, and a private backyard.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We rented 3 houses for a 5 day 12 guy golf trip.

Beautiful home, however, kitchen was weak as far as glassware, cookware, etc. Also not adequate cleaning supplies for as long as we were there. As far as dog friendly home, no side gates to secure home and no pooper scooper or shovel to clean up yard.

We stayed at this home for 3 weeks while our house underwent remediation. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It would be perfect for multiple couples. It is also pet friendly which was a must for us. The staff at The Ledges are very easy to work with and promptly responded to any minor problems we had. Would like to have had a second garage door opener as we were not always coming and going at the same time but...
