The location was ideal for being in Corfu. It was on the main pedestrian area which was accessible to tons of restaurants. It was a little loud but that settled down by midnight. But for the location it was an excellent compromise.
The shower in the bathroom was a little awkward to use. The the hose for the wand wasn't quite long enough to attach it to the holder so you could use it as an overhead shower easily. Also, the carpets in the main area were actually outdoor carpet material which was not pleasant to walk on without socks or shoes.

Location was very good probably the best thing about the stay, noisey in the evenings with windows and shutters closed.
Old air con unit that didn’t cool only produce warm air and needs replacing, stand fan with the face missing so broken really and not safe if there were kids staying and again needs replacing. On the landings outside the rooms were old bicycles stored and covered dirty and looks like they haven’t been moved or used sun years, about 6 or 7 of them ? No idea why !!
