Fantastic Location within Prestwich (Manchester) Close to Motorway Network and Super easy to get in and out on the Ring Road, Super Friendly Hosts Steph and Matt were Amazing and always there and ready to assist you in anything you may ever need, the Home was full of Angelic charm A true Oasis of Peace and It gave an impression of John Lewis and Partners Finish Superbly well decorated With branded Kitchen equipment throughout I loved the personal touches like Complimentary Fine wine and Cookies as well as the design of the property was a true highlight. It was truly amazing stay, Bed was super comfy and memory foam mattress in the King size bed was of exceptional quality never found in any other place I stayed in Britain Period. Velux windows in the Master bedroom was the creative touch (Imagine sleeping under the Stars) I also loved the Steampunk style bathroom Rain Shower. Will recommend to all of my friends and well worth the money it is a true steal of a deal.

The property was well appointed with everything that you would need plus extra little personal touches and treats. Absolute luxury!
If we were to be picky, we couldn’t get normal tv channels! But weren’t in much to watch tv.

The property is really nice and cosy and so many things are provided with it. The area is really nice and close to transport links.
Wifi could become really slow. TV was then often slow too because of it.
Dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly 2/3 of the time, no matter what setting it was on and what locations you put the dishes in. Also it was filthy at the bottom and clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in ages (until I did it).
Neighbours are a little noisy at times.
Really poor communication from the hosts. I raised a low priority ticket at the beginning of my stay that they never responded to. Took them multiple working days to respond to questions after saying they’ll look into them, and I had to chase pretty much every time. One weekend I asked a question, which was responded to during the week with “sorry I wasn’t working this weekend” which isn’t a problem except I was still living in the property at the weekends and it didn’t feel like there was an arrangement in place for someone to look after any issues at the property during weekends. It gave me very little faith that if I’d had an emergency outside of business hours it would’ve been dealt with in good time
