Bett sehr bequem. Ruhig gelegen. Blick ins Grüne. Einrichtung zweckmäßig.
Bei Ankunft Staub auf dem Boden, 7 Spinnen in den Ecken, zwei benutzte Taschentücher und leere Kekspackung unter dem Bett. Wohnung im Souterrain, Zugang durch Kellerbereich. Fußleiste (schimmelig?) löst sich im Küchenbereich von der Wand.
