ABOUT THE HOUSE
Beamed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area create a modern space for effortless entertaining. The eye-catching living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and an extensive book collection.
Patio doors provide pleasant breezes, ample natural light, and views of the stunning pool and patio.
The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an island prep area with sink, and a glass-top bar for two.
The appealing and open feel continues in the three bedrooms -- each with sliding doors to the outside. The master has a king-size bed and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large tiled shower, a unique glass wall, and direct access to the pool.
The second suite has a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, lots of natural light, and access to the front patio with a bistro table for two. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed and glass doors leading to the pool and patio.

Three of us rented this home over the Memorial Day weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier with it. It is very nicely appointed with hip decor, with three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen and a great pool and spa in the backyard. Ed, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This house is close to downtown Palm Sorings, lots to do. The house has a great layout, easy to spend time together and the pool and spa are wonderful!! We had a great vacation!

We had a friend with a bad injury and Ed was beyond accommodating. House, yard, and pool are fantastic. Highly recommend. Five stars for sure

We really enjoyed our trip. The house was nice and very clean, the backyard with pool and hot tub were great. Really enjoyed the mountain views. Host was responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend it enough.
