About this house rental
Completely renovated 4 bedroom 5 bath home located on a lake with beautiful water views. Walking distance to the Ponce De Leon Park, quick drive to Isles Yacht Club and Fishermen's Village. Stroll the harborwalk and check out all of the great restaurants downtown. Enjoy the screened in pool, grill on the lanai or have cocktails on the upper deck. Primary bedroom has two bathrooms, one for each!
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval by owner. Dog fee of $200 per dog in addition to rental fees and taxes.

Great home for our college reunion. Plenty of great space both indoor and out. The home had everything we needed. The host was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this home.

This is my first VRBO experience. This was a lovely home and location for my family. The layout was great (the house is huge) and so was the pool. It was easy to find, easy to access, and was safe. We enjoyed our stay. We saw fish jumping in the canal which was cool. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.
The only negatives were "nits" - TP was not in 3 of the 4 bathrooms, the ice maker/ice left residue in the water, the ironing board was rusty and the cover was dirty (because it was kept in the garage and not the laundry room), there could be more washcloths and dishcloths (not sponges), and one of the downstairs bedrooms had the ceiling fan connected to the pot lights so you could not have on both at the same time. Again, these are "nits" which did not detour from our stay.
