For your cooking pleasure there is an updated kitchen with large refrigerator and a full size washer/dryer. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled/upgraded. Location is good in terms of providing easy access to beaches by foot or car. We needed a place with three bedrooms to accommodation 5 people and this fit the bill. The unit was clean and we loved the roof top deck and bbq.

This property has poor management and is unhygienic. The day after we arrived, the Maui fires happened. This place had no central air, just one window unit in the living room. My baby was wheezing from the smoke that entered the condo through this small unit. There were ants and small roaches in both the kitchen and bathrooms, the floors had not been clean (my feet were black with dirt), the kitchen surfaces had not been properly sanitized. I wrote to the owners and property management company asking whether there would be some kind of partial compensation for the hygiene issues. Their answer was to please not review them poorly on this website, as they are a struggling small business. This small business charged me nearly 5,000USD for 8 days. I thought long and hard about writing this review and I decided that I do not want other families to go through what we went through. Furthermore, using a natural disaster (Maui fires) as an excuse to overlook the obvious hygiene issues is disgraceful.
