🚨 Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.
- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, great distance from the Metro.
Only suggestion supply a dish towel in the kitchen and additional toilet paper.

The location was perfect for our needs. Supplies were adequate although not plentiful. The carpet could use an upgrade. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Could use more paper goods and towels for cleaning up.

Very modern and comfortable condo. 1 block away from the metro and a few blocks from whole fooods. Plenty of places to shop and dine near by. Will definately be back!

I liked the place but regulating the temperature require making phone call after phone call, too much work! The pillows and bedding were very worn out. Pillow were uncomfortable. Need more towels. Nothing to wash dishes with.
