Beautiful home located at 305 Carolina Blvd on the Isle of Palms. Perfectly situated just two blocks from the ocean. Incredible 360 views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway right from the rooftop sundeck. Enjoy your time on the beach, in the private pool, or relax on one of the decks. If you want to venture out a little farther you are minutes from tidal marshes, eco tours, kayaking, and chartered fishing trips. This home is great for families or groups. The property location is wonderful! While the house is nice, we had some challenges. First it rained while we were there and it caused a water leak into one of the bedrooms. I called the property management company. There was no emergency number. I had to call twice before getting a response the person who answers the phone came across very annoyed that I was calling. I explained there was no emergency number in the welcome book and she implied I just wasn’t looking. They said they would see what they could do. The next day I got an email that they

The house was absolutely perfect - so many beds and tons of space for my trip with 9 girlfriends. The house is walking distance to the beach on a quiet street and a short drive or Uber to restaurants. We absolutely loved our time here!!!
