About this house rental
Sandpiper Cove is a fresh, tranquil, clean and bright pool home!! With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home sleeps up to 6.
Outdoor space:
As soon as you open the front door, your eyes are drawn to the beautiful pool beyond the living room. During the day, the large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Enjoy a grilled dinner from the BBQ at the outdoor dining set or lounge in the sun on the chaise lounges. After sunset, enjoy the comfortable entertainment area complete with white lights strung over head that provide a relaxing ambience.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals!
There is a drip coffee maker, French press, blender, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, and serving ware for your use.
We provide starter essentials including a few: laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, hand soap, and paper products. There is a Publix (grocery store) a mile away to restock with your favorites!
Living Room:
Bright, open, and comfortable! Kick back and relax!
Dining:
Dining Room has a table with settings for six. In addition, you can grab a drink or quick bite to eat at the bar connecting the living room and kitchen as well as in the kitchen at a table for two.
Bedrooms:
Master-luxurious, memory foam king bed, dresser, large closet and ensuite bath. There is patio access from the master bedroom.
Guest bedroom-comfortable memory foam queen and twin beds with super soft bedding to allow for a restful night! A dresser and closet will allow you to settle in and feel at home. There is also a pack and play available in this room, if you are traveling with a little one.
Den-Memory foam twin bed in a bright room off of the kitchen with ample clothing storage space and made private with a sliding barn door.
Entertainment:
Master bed and Living room with ROKU TVs for streaming. There is no traditional cable but clear and easy instructions for you to find popular networks. Bring your passwords for other streaming apps.
Our WiFi is reliable and fast!!
There is an assortment of games and books for you to enjoy!
Bathrooms:
Master bath-ensuite, with shower, iron and ironing board in the linen closet
Guest-tub and shower
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available
Garage:
Parking is available in the garage for one car as well as for one car on the driveway. No RVs or boats are allowed. No street parking is allowed.
Washer, dryer and drying rack are available for your use.

Had an excellent stay with my husband and son! The home and yard/pool were fantastic. The covered seating and the pool were great for hanging out. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. What mattered most to me was the owner was incredibly kind and prompt with all communication. It was clear she wants guests to have a very relaxing vacation. She was welcoming and makes it so her home is accommodating to all! We will be back! Thank you!

Nicely located, quiet neighborhood. Very close to Siesta Key beach and village. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever had. The host Kelly was quick to respond to any question. We have talked about a possible return visit. Loved it!

This place was absolutely great! Very chic decor was so intentional great eye for detail in every area of the home. The amenities, and the use of beach chairs and toys were awesome, the pool was so refreshing and clean. Outdoor sitting area was so peaceful and ambience was beautiful and so relaxing. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Games were a great addition! Between connect 4 and siestakeyopoly not sure which was played more. Many memories were made in this very special place. Great neighborhood and communication from the host as well. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

I traveled with my family to Sarasota and we were very pleased with our stay! Beautiful and clean home! The heated pool was fantastic and outdoor patio was perfect.
