We offer you our brand new house close to all amenities in a recent and quiet residential area. Pharmacies / organic supermarkets / several bakeries / tobacconist / newsagent.... and restaurants but also the 18-hole Valdaine golf course next door!!
You are in the heart of the Drôme Provençale which allows you to visit villages such as: Grigan with its castle where the Marquise de Sévigné stayed and died/ the castles of Montélimar and Suze la Rousse/
Ruins of the castle of Allan/ le Poet Laval / Saint-Restitut / La Garde Adhémar / La Laupie/ Puyguiron/ Cliousclas/ Marsanne/ and many others for the Drôme but also Viviers / Alba the Roman ... for the Ardèche side. Not to mention Avignon/ Orange....
This house offers you all the necessary comforts: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own dressing room.
