Awesome location, superb base for a family with teenagers. Saw manatee and alligators from the pool. Really well equipped.

The home was a nice short 15-20 minute drive to the ocean and grocery stores. The house was very clean. The pool was a great temperature and clean. They included pool floats, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Overall, a great place to stay!
We were disappointed that the Lanai was not there (most likely from the hurricane) - this could have been mentioned or updated, and it would have been super nice to open the living room doors when it was cool outside. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. However, they did have ice cube trays available.

The property was well furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped. It had beautiful views over the water. lots of towels for pool use and easy instructions to gain entry!
Nice and comfy beds!
after a long drive it would of been nice to come into beds made up. We had to make the beds and master room sheets had a tear in them.
clearly due to storm Ian the lani around the pool area had blown down which meant we couldn’t sit out at night due to getting bitten alive by mosquitoes and we had to give the pool a skim in the morning to get rid of bugs!

I like the area and the view.
The first day the air thermostat was damaged and we had to try to sleep with the windows open and without air conditioning since it couldn't be turned on.
