The apartment looks better in reality than from the photos, it is very spacious, there are mosquito nets, air conditioning and two balconies, in great area to explore both the city and the beaches. Private parking is a must for the area, very convenient to have. Very clean, with new appliances and even a dishwasher. Very recommended for both long and short periods!

Appartamento spazioso in una zona molto servita di Valona, vicina al centro, alle spiagge e alla parte turistica della città. L'abbiamo scelto perché aveva l'ascensore ed il posto auto nel cortile condominiale. In più ci sono la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie, c'è l'aria condizionata nel soggiorno, connessione internet molto buona e veloce. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Nelle vicinanze ci sono mini e iper market, bar, ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, fornaio, mercato ortofrutticolo, Exchange ecc. La proprietaria Najada è una persona carinissima, gentile e premurosa, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Ci ha fornito un sacco di informazioni utili per poter visitare, mangiare, fare la spesa. Suo padre, che è venuto a farci il check-in ed il check-out è altrettanto carino e gentile, ci siamo trovati molto bene ❤️

Un piccolo suggerimento: sarebbe molto comodo avere un tenda per la doccia e un paio di abajour nella camera da letto

Дуже гарні апартаменти. Є все необхідне для повноцінного перебування. Дуже чисто, нічим не пахне, гарна техніка та сантехніка. Безумовний плюс - парковка із приватним в'їздом, яка функціонує лише для мешканців будинку. Для Вльори це просто шик. Знаходиться за 15-20 хвилин пішки від найближчого пляжу. Якщо хочете на центральний пляж на Лунга Маре, то краще їхати на авто, або дочекатись на громадський транспорт. У радіусі 2 хвилин пішки дуже гарний овочевий ринок, мінімум 3 супермаркети, пекарня, рибний магазин і все за цінами для місцевих мешканців. Привітні господарі зустріли, все пояснили і завжди були на зв'язку. Обов'язково повернемось ще!
